This case asks the students to address various business issues of Big Deals, a global big box retailer, by reviewing various prepared Tableau dashboards of sales data for its product lines across geographic markets. Each part of the case is broken into two learning components that requires students to think about what questions need to be asked to address the business issue they are trying to address and to review the data analytics dashboards to gather insights to address their questions. Students can also be required to build the dashboards depending on the learning objectives desired.
